Shipping Information
General Shipping Policy
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will be dispatched the same day.
Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or over the weekend will be shipped on the following business day.
All Priority International orders are typically delivered within 2–6 days. Every order includes a tracking number provided via XXXXX. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow at least 24 hours for the system to update.
Note on Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you immediately. We will reship the order to the provided address, but please note that we cannot issue refunds or cancellations in these cases. We are not liable for packages undelivered due to incorrect addresses or those left unclaimed at the post office.
International Shipping
Where do we ship? We ship to all countries worldwide with a high success rate.
Customs & Liability: Please ensure you are complying with your local laws and importation policies. While we provide all necessary documentation, buysteroidsonline.ca cannot take responsibility for packages seized by customs. We do not offer refunds or reships for international shipments lost, damaged, or confiscated via XXXXX.
Estimated Delivery Time: International shipping usually takes between 25–45 days. Customs processing is the most common reason for any delays.
Order Modifications
If you need to change your address or modify your order, please email us at XXXXX as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will gladly make the necessary adjustments.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
How can I track my order? Tracking updates are sent via email within 1–3 business days of your payment being confirmed. To see the current status, please visit the carrier’s tracking page provided in your email.
My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it! If this happens, please check the following:
Check with others: A neighbor, front desk, roommate, or colleague may have accepted the package on your behalf.
Contact the Courier: If you still cannot locate it, contact the courier immediately. Our tracking emails include contact info. Couriers can provide GPS coordinates for the exact location where the package was scanned as delivered.
Payment
